On this page you will find studio policies and etiquette that help make our studio a safe and functional space for your practice. By participating in our classes, workshops, events, or other services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Membership and Registration

To access our yoga studio and services, you must become a registered member by completing the online process and providing accurate up to date information. It is recommended to sign up for classes ahead of time to ensure a spot. Walk-ins are welcomed, subject to availability.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in our adult classes. Minors may participate in designated kids’ or family classes, accompanied by a legal guardian or with appropriate consent.

Minors 13 and older may attend classes accompanied by an adult. A legal guardian must create an account and then, sign up a minor under their account.
Safety and Health

Before practicing in any yoga classes or services, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and free of any medical conditions or limitations that may prevent you from safely participating.

Always consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns or questions regarding your ability to engage in physical activities.

At registration the liability waiver is available to complete registration.
Class Etiquette and Guidelines

Arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before scheduled class to allow for check -in, mat set up and to settle in.

Remove shoes and store personal belongings in designated area.

Ensure cell phone and other electronic devices are off or set to silence during class.

Respect the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the studio.

Honor the space by keeping it clean and returning any equipment or props to the designated areas.
Cancellation Policy

If you pre-register online for a class and cannot make the class, you can either cancel your scheduled session online OR email us so we can do it for you. If you do not cancel your scheduled session at least 6 hours before class begins, a class will be automatically deducted from your current package. For the drop in class, late cancellation will result in forfeiture of the class.

As an Unlimited Monthly Member, if you pre-register for a class and do not show up or do not cancel at least 6 hours before class begins, you will be charged $15 per incident.
